Requirements

• Active Nuvemshop store
• Admin access to your store
• WhatsApp Business account connected to bKlug (for help, visit our WhatsApp integration page)

How to Connect

OPTION 1:

1. Go to bKlug's page on the Nuvemshop App Store.
2. Click “Install App” and follow the prompts.
3. Grant permissions for product catalog, orders, and customer access.

OPTION 2:

1. Access our Nuvemshop onboarding flow.
2. Follow the prompts.

• Keep product descriptions and images updated in Nuvemshop
• Use tags and categories for smarter catalog filtering in chat
